Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

About our Agency
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 46 years and lead a team of five with a strong foundation built on experience, consistency, and long-term relationships. From the beginning, I was driven by the goal of owning my own business and building something lasting. I attended Loyola University and am married with two daughters. Family and stability have always been important to me, both personally and professionally. For our team, we offer a 401(k), group life and disability insurance. Our office culture is experienced, steady, and service-focused. We’re looking for someone who already has State Farm experience and is licensed - someone who can step in confidently, contribute right away, and help continue delivering a high level of service to our customers.

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
