Acquisition Program Analyst I

An energetic self-starter is needed for an Acquisition Program Analyst I role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance and technical writing of acquisition documentation
• Aid in the development and execution of program schedules and reports
• Participate in the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process in support of Marine Corps Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
• Aid in the development, revision, and update of statutory, regulatory, and programmatic acquisition documents such as, but not limited to Acquisition Strategy/Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Program Baseline, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Systems Engineering Plan, Test and Evaluation Plan, etc
• Update Program Knowledge Centers
• Create and manage SharePoint-based workflows
• Track Program Action Items

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, and 1+ years of experience
• Must be able to obtain a CAC within 6 months of hire.

• Excellent customer-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills to include, but not limited to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro

Desired Experience

• Education in Communications, English, Writing, or Business Administration
• Experience developing SOPs and Policies
• Experience with acquisition processes
• Experience developing documentation and program briefs
