Responsibilities
- Provide technical, analytical, and sustainment support for depot activation and post-integration requirements.
- Manage current and transitioning workloads impacting LSA, peculiar SE acquisition, engineering assessments, and technical data validation and weapon system sustainment.
- Track and maintain the depot activation IMS.
- Support the Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group, Supply Chain Working Group, Semi-Annual Supportability Review, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Develop necessary depot requirements, planning, and execution documents such as the Depot Maintenance Activation Plan, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, and Logistic Reporting Tool.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage organic and public-private partnerships for depot maintenance.
- Initiate, coordinate, and update DSOR and DMI documentation.
- Query and extract data from various systems including Air Force Portal, AFKS, AFTOC, Item Manager Wholesale Requisition Process, Master Item Identification Data Base System, DoD EMALL, DRILS, GCSS, JDRS, LIMSEV, REMIS, SMART, WSMIS-RAM, BLADE, PDMC, and others.
- Prepare technical feasibility studies, assemble pertinent data, and coordinate technical features with applicable engineers and system equipment specialists.
- Assist with preparing AFTO Forms 873, 874, and 875, and develop TCTOs.
- Affirm AFTO Form 252 and other related forms and processes required to effect changes/corrections and maintenance of assigned TOs and technical data.
- Support program requirements to D043/D143, JEDMICS, Haystack, and other databases to help determine problem areas on assigned systems and items.
- Recommend and develop executable programs for ensuring the operation and evaluation of assigned systems.
- Support government equipment specialists and logisticians in conducting special research projects.
- Support the USAF PM in tasks related to this effort, including part number requisitions and item/system research and evaluations.
- Ensure platform spares requirements are identified and support the coordination of programming the requisite funding to meet these requirements.
- Interface with inventory managers to ensure spares provisioning and support the coordination of programming the requisite funding to meet identified requirements.
- Support trial installations, kit proofs, and TCTO/tech data verification, reporting findings, kit issues, and corrective actions.
- Support F/B platforms in the knowledge of armament systems, Alternate Mission Equipment (AME), nuclear surety, MIL-STD-1760, armament circuits, armament test equipment, and rotary launcher equipment.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, or
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, and
- At least fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, and eight of which must be in the DoD.
Qualifications

- Knowledgeable in software development and depot avionics testing and repair.
- Knowledgeable of the Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) and Depot Maintenance Interservice (DMI) processes.
