Acquisition Logistician

About the role

HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company founded in 2004, providing engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients like NASA and the Department of Defense. We are currently seeking an Acquisition Logistician to support the Mobility Aircraft Program Office at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Aid in coordinating logistics elements such as spares, Support Equipment (SE), training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning to meet program needs.
• Participate in developing long-term supportability strategies aligned with acquisition goals.
• Analyze DMSMS issues and recommend solutions to improve sustainment.
• Create and review logistics support documentation including ILSP, LCSP, TOs, technical manuals, and work specifications.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate TCTOs for aircraft fleets.
• Integrate supply, procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance processes for depot and field-level TCTOs.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 15 years of relevant experience and 5 years of DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience and 3 years of DoD experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency required.
• Pass a U.S. government background investigation.
• Obtain a Secret clearance.
• Travel, including air travel, may be required.
