Responsibilities
- Generate invoices in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare lien waivers and supporting documentation.
- Verify that customers pay invoices in full.
- Maintain detailed records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments.
- Utilize third-party invoicing platforms.
- Participate in meetings with project management teams to resolve billing issues and support cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the construction industry is desired.
