ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full AR cycle, including payment posting, collections, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor AR aging report; follow up on past-due accounts
• Post payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) accurately and timely
• Perform collections and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Assist with month-end close and reporting

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred but not required
• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong understanding of AR processes and collections
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
