Geoprobe® is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who combines accuracy, sound judgment, and outstanding customer service. As part of the Finance team, you will support the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer invoicing, payment application, account maintenance, credit review, and collection activities. This role works closely with customers and internal departments to resolve issues, protect process integrity, and balance excellent service with wise financial stewardship. Save time, apply directly at geoprobe.com/join-our-team Job Responsibilities Ensure customer invoices are prepared and processed accurately and on timeApply customer payments accurately and maintain dependable account recordsSet up and maintain customer accounts in the company ERP systemProvide responsive, professional service to internal and external customersConduct collection activities through phone calls, email communication, follow-up, and problem resolutionReview customer credit information, complete credit analysis, and support sound credit decisionsReview and release credit holds while completing related collection effortsResearch and resolve account discrepancies using sound judgment and company guidelinesBuild positive working relationships with Sales, Service, Distribution, and other departmentsComplete month-end activities according to the established closing scheduleOther duties as assigned You Might Be A Good Fit If You...
