About the role

Own a high-visibility AR portfolio with direct impact on company cash flow and financial performance
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Branch leadership, strong exposure across the business
Lead complex collections strategies, including high-risk and high-dollar accounts
Take full ownership of dispute resolution from start to finish
Leverage systems like NexGen and Collect IT to enhance process efficiency
Play a key role in improving AR processes and reducing delinquency company-wide
Opportunity to influence policy, escalation strategy, and risk management decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage collections across multiple regions and high-volume account portfolios
• Drive daily collection efforts and execute strategies to reduce past-due balances
• Resolve customer disputes and coordinate with internal teams to reach closure
• Maintain detailed account documentation and activity tracking in AR systems
• Report on aging, performance metrics, and high-risk accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Experience managing complex, high-volume portfolios
• Background in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
