Accounts Receivable Resource

About the role

Under the direction of the VP of Revenue Management, the AR Resource helps manage and oversee the business office's billing functions including accounts receivable, resident trust funds, and other assigned duties. The AR Resource ensures the financial systems are accurate, efficient, and in accordance with professional accounting practices, company policies, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions
• Oversee resident trust funds
• Ensure financial systems comply with accounting practices, company policies, and regulations

Requirements

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing in long-term care/skilled rehabilitation environment
• At least three (3) years of accounts receivable management experience in health care
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Ability to communicate freely about AR and openness to learning and strengthening leadership skills

Work Environment

This job operates in a mostly remote atmosphere with Teams meetings utilizing video weekly. There are occasions where travel is necessary for in-person meetings with the team and/or facility that the workload pertains to.
