Accounts Receivable Processor

Specific Responsibilities

• Billing all group accounts within 5 days of departure, ensuring proper posting of all contract elements.
• Assembling and presenting folders of receipts to clients.
• Maintaining a spreadsheet of client balances for balance sheet reconciliation.
• Posting finance charges according to established policy.
• Maintaining a spreadsheet of client balances for balance sheet reconciliation.
• Printing and mailing monthly statements to clients with balances.

Other Related Duties

• Facilitating group credit applications between the group sales department and the corporate credit department.
• Responding to billing inquiries from transient and group guests within 24 hours.
• Aiding in the sale of gift cards during peak periods and covering absences of the primary gift card sales staff.
• Assisting group and leisure sales staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintaining City Ledger types.
• Timely testing of upgrades and patches to the operating system as it relates to the accounts receivable function.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Detail-oriented and accurate work habits necessary.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Computer-related work experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, required.

Working Conditions

• This is a full-time position.
• Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits

• The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70.
• The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
