Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of 700-1,000 client accounts to drive timely collections and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Conducting high-volume outreach via phone and email, averaging up to 70 firms per day.
• Processing payments, handling billing disputes, and resolving Tier 1 inquiries efficiently.
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.
• Scheduling and conducting follow-ups, escalating delinquent accounts as needed.
• Maintaining professional, solution-focused communication with clients.
• Accurately documenting collection efforts and account activity in internal systems.
• Assisting with additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or billing support (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and a professional phone presence.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
