Accounts Receivable Manager

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end AR cycle - base rent, CAM charges, percentage rent, and all tenant billings Aging reports: monitor, chase, and resolve delinquencies across a active portfolio Direct relationships with permanent and national tenants Coordination with internal counsel and external attorneys on demand letter, and litigation Management of third-party debt collection agencies - referrals, tracking, and recovery outcomes Month-end and year-end AR close, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions Regular AR status presentations to senior leadership Building and improving AR policies, workflows, and internal controls across the portfolio
