Accounts Receivable Manager

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end AR cycle - base rent, CAM charges, percentage rent, and all tenant billings
• Aging reports: monitor, chase, and resolve delinquencies across an active portfolio
• Direct relationships with permanent and national tenants
• Coordination with internal counsel and external attorneys on demand letters, and litigation
• Management of third-party debt collection agencies - referrals, tracking, and recovery outcomes
• Month-end and year-end AR close, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions
• Regular AR status presentations to senior leadership
• Building and improving AR policies, workflows, and internal controls across the portfolio
