How You Make an Impact
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the full AR function within a dynamic, multi-entity manufacturing environment. This role provides leadership to an onsite and remote team of AR Analysts, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of invoicing, cash application, credit memos, collections, reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close activities. The AR Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, support customer inquiries, and drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 7-8 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, with at least 4 years in a management role within a large enterprise.
- Extensive experience using Oracle ERP for accounts receivable and financial processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing billing cycles, order-to-cash processes, and credit risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit processes preferred.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
