Accounts Receivable Manager

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Manager leads the Accounts Receivable operations for Major Appliances across the U.S. and Canada, including Collections, Deductions Management, and supports Cash Application, and dispute resolution activities. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, improving cash flow and NOWC, minimizing aged receivables and deductions, and ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The role is accountable for managing key performance indicators including DSO, past due balances, deduction aging, collection effectiveness, and dispute resolution performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills who can balance operational execution with continuous improvement initiatives. This position serves as a key escalation point for customer issues, drives process improvements, and promotes a strong business partnering mindset across the organization.
