Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist

About the role
The Accounts Receivable Clerk provides invoices to customers, follows up on past due invoices, performs troubleshooting as needed, and identifies solutions. Customer communication will take place via inbound calls, email, or online. This is an on-site position in Warminster, PA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver invoices to customers via the web, email, or mail.
- Follow up on past due invoices as identified or assigned.
- Handle quick replies to emails.
- Handle customer calls to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and identify systemic issues.
- Recommend procedures to correct issues.
Requirements
- At least one year of related experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work by urgency.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).

Pay
$19–$21 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
