Accounts Receivable Collections

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable - Collections clerk to join our growing manufacturing company in Opa-locka. Responsibilities

• Review customer invoices for accuracy
• Maintain accurate account and collection records
• Prepare aging reports and provide account updates
• Support daily accounts receivable and collection activities
• Contact customers regarding past due invoices and payment status
• Maintain customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
• Avoid discrepancies and resolve issues
• Work closely with accounting, sales, and customer service teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Fluent English required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
