About the role

The Accounts Receivable Clerk position is available at Hotel Eleo at the University of Florida within Pyramid Hotel Group. This property is part of the Pyramid Hotel Group Family and offers 173 guest rooms, 1,200 square feet of meeting space, and a signature 3-meal restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals.
  • Input revenues daily into revenue reports and maintain appropriate support documentation.
  • Balance daily credit card postings and reconcile settlements.
  • Ensure proper distribution of daily reports in a timely manner and that all accounting reports are properly filed.
  • Notify outlets when discrepancies arise.
  • Prepare and send AR invoices for approval.
  • Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
