We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why You Will Love Working At Maola" (intro), then "Our employees are an integral part..." etc. Also "Summary", "Essential Duties And Responsibilities", "Basic Requirements", "COMPETENCIES", "PHYSICAL DEMANDS", "WORK ENVIRONMENT". Also "Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00". Benefits: "competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Life Insurance, paid time off, and more—available within your first month." So we have Pay and Benefits sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO lines, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Not present. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Basic Requirements), Skills (Competencies), Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Physical Demands and Work Environment could be under Requirements? But we have headings list; we could include "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" as separate sections if they have content. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. We could include Physical Demands and Work Environment under Requirements or as separate sections if we want. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into a "Working Conditions" section? But not in list. Probably better to include them as subsections under Requirements? But we must follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but likely they expect only those. We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also "Working Conditions" not needed. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the intro paragraph(s) about Maola, the benefits, pay rate, summary, duties, requirements, competencies, physical demands, work environment. We'll embed them in appropriate sections. Let's craft:

About the role

Why You Will Love Working At Maola Built on over a century of dedication, Maola is always looking ahead—investing in our people, strengthening our communities, and securing fresh, local dairy for the future. Join a farmer-owned cooperative rooted in integrity, sustainability, and a passion for providing fresh, high-quality Maola dairy products. We prioritize your well-being with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Life Insurance, paid time off, and more—available within your first month. Our employees are an integral part of who we are — what you do and what you think matters.

But we also have separate Benefits and Pay sections; we might duplicate if we include benefits/pay in About the role. Better to keep About the role short: just the intro about Maola and cooperative. Then Benefits and Pay separate. Thus:

We could also include Physical Demands and Work Environment as a section maybe "Working Conditions". But not in list; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements as a subsection? But we must preserve all substantive info. Could add a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings; risk. However instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." implies examples, not exhaustive list. So we can add other headings if needed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding Physical Demands and Work Environment as separate sections would be thin; maybe combine them into a "Working Conditions" section. Let's create a section "Working Conditions" with both physical demands and work environment.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move boxes up to 25 pounds.

The work environment consists of normal office environmental conditions with a moderate noise level (example: computers, printers, light traffic). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

We should not include the repeated "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." twice; we can include once. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO lines, etc. Also removed "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." etc. Also removed "Maola Local Dairies® is a farmer-owned cooperative..." maybe that's part of About the role? It's substantive but we already have About the role; we could incorporate that description there. But we already have About the role short; we could add that paragraph to About the role as well. However we must not duplicate. The "Maola Local Dairies® is a farmer-owned cooperative committed to its local farm families and to producing high-quality, nutritious dairy products. Founded in 1920, Maola processes and delivers your favorite milk, cream, and dairy products to families, schools, and communities while investing in quality, innovation, and sustainability across its farms and supply chain. Learn more at www.maolamilk.com." This is substantive; we should include it. Could be part of About the role. Thus About the role could be longer: include that description. Let's craft About the role:

Now Benefits and Pay as before. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Summary This position performs the task of processing and payment of customer payments. A high level of detail and accuracy is required." That's essentially covered in Responsibilities; we could keep a brief summary in About the role or Responsibilities intro. But we already have Responsibilities list; we could add a short paragraph before list. However we must preserve all substantive info; the summary sentence is substantive but maybe covered by responsibilities. To be safe, we could add a

before the responsibilities list: "This position performs the task of processing and payment of customer payments. A high level of detail and accuracy is required." That is not duplicated elsewhere. Similarly "Essential Duties And Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." This is generic; we could incorporate a brief note. But we already have Responsibilities heading; we could add a short paragraph: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's not duplicated elsewhere. Similarly for Basic Requirements heading we have "Basic Requirements At least a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).At least 1 year of accounting experience including automated accounts payable and receivable systems, and spreadsheet applications." Already captured. Competencies heading we captured. Physical Demands and Work Environment we captured. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status." Remove. Also remove "Post payments to customer accounts..." we have in responsibilities. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's assemble:
