Accounts Receivable

Established company is seeking an experienced AR Lead to coordinate daily accounts receivable operations while remaining hands-on with cash application, collections, reconciliations, and customer account issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily AR workflow and review team members' work
• Oversee cash application, collections, deductions, disputes, short payments, and unapplied cash
• Monitor aging and collection activity
• Perform AR and GL reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close and reporting
• Train team members and maintain AR procedures
• Serve as a key ERP/AR system user and support process improvements
• Partner with internal departments and customers to resolve account issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of AR, cash application, billing, or collections experience
• Prior lead, training, workflow coordination, or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of AR reconciliations and collections
• Strong Excel and ERP experience
• NetSuite or Deacom experience preferred
• Manufacturing, distribution, high-volume, or multi-entity experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Schedule

Full-time, primarily onsite
