About the role

The Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s cash flow and overall financial health by ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of receivable transactions. This position is responsible for posting and reconciling payments, maintaining account accuracy, researching discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining compliance with Matco Tools’ financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
