This is a hybrid role; eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Farmington, CT, Cedar Rapids, IA, Tucson, AZ, or Richardson, TX. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
  • Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
  • Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
  • Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
  • Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations.
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule-driven environment.
  • Ability to support multiple time zones.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new systems/processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work well in teams.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $57,200 – $108,800 USD. The range provided is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role. Employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite, with the ratio of time determined in partnership with your leader.
