Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

IAB has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This position offers the chance to work with a collaborative, data-driven team and directly contribute to the success of the company and your career. The role involves researching and resolving Accounts Receivable pain points, validating and monetizing deductions, and handling multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data on proprietary IAB systems and web portals used by clients' customers.
• Meticulously analyze customer remittances and deduction documentation.
• Handle extensive email and occasional phone communication.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of business/professional ethics.
• Submit disputes on behalf of clients and analyze data gathered through IT automation and research.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• A “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred, but not required.
• A/R Deduction knowledge a plus, but not expected.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus, but not expected.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
