Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client in the Germantown, TN area has an immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will be an integral part of the finance team.

About the role

This is a key position responsible for processing invoices to the customer and supporting related reporting and review. The successful Accounts Receivable Analyst will be team-oriented and have outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit invoices to customers
• Review customer purchase orders to validate invoice accuracy
• Perform freight verifications to support invoicing
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Maintain credit memo documentation and records
• Conduct weekly and monthly backlog reconciliations
• Support month-end close reporting and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with company policy and standard work procedures
• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience with at least 3 years prior relevant experience
• Experience with complex invoicing & accounts receivable required
• Outstanding attention to detail with strong communication skills
• Expertise with MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, IFS, JEE, SAP, etc.)
