Accounts Payable Specialist (Fixed Term)

About the role

Play a key role in keeping the AP operations running smoothly. You’ll handle high‑volume invoice processing, vendor support, reconciliations, and a variety of tasks that keep the financial processes accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Processing and entering invoices in accordance with established procedures
• Scanning and organizing incoming mail and AP documentation
• Assisting with invoice-related inquiries and general AP support tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and helping ensure timely invoice processing

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts payable, data entry, administrative support, or a similar office environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required
