Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsibilities
- Aid the accounts payable department
- Resolve vendor discrepancies, shortages, and breakages
- Process accounts payable transactions
- Review and apply vendor invoices to appropriate jobs
- Maintain general filing systems
- Show strong work ethic and initiative
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and learn new software
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines and stress
- Communicate effectively with vendors and management
Requirements
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
