Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint documents the source, owner, status, and next action within the international education platform.
- Coordinate and track documentation for work and study travel-related financial records, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review reconciliations with deadline management, ensuring all actions are traceable and aligned with the platform’s operational context.
- Document financial records and generate reports, ensuring compliance and clarity for audits and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
