Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Review, code, and validate invoices using automated invoice processing and accounting systems.
- Prepare electronic payments, reconcile vendor transactions, and support payment processing activities.
- Import, audit, and maintain financial data between multiple software platforms and the general ledger.
- Aid with administrative accounting tasks while providing dependable support to the finance team.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related accounting support role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately code and reconcile financial transactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership of responsibilities, and grow into increased levels of responsibility.
Pay
