About the role
Responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor vendor relationships and negotiate terms
- Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with Accounts Payable software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
