Responsibilities
- Review invoices and accounts payable documentation, maintaining visible records of source, owner, status, and next action within business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development contexts.
- Document consultant role activities and status tracking for accounts payable, ensuring traceability and clear ownership of pending items.
- Maintain reconciliation processes with strict deadline management, separating confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to uphold financial record integrity and usability under operational demands.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
