Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and credit memos accurately while maintaining proper account coding and supporting documentation.

- Record incoming check deposits and maintain accurate transaction records across accounts payable activities.
- Oversee positive pay tasks and review bank account activity to help ensure payments are accurate and secure.
- Handle refund requests promptly and follow established procedures for review, approval, and documentation.
- Support core accounts payable operations by tracking payment requests, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with account reconciliations and help investigate variances when needed.
- Work within financial systems such as NetSuite and adapt quickly to internal tools and processes.
- Prioritize multiple deadlines effectively while communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and payment recipients.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in an accounting or finance setting.
- Previous experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems and software efficiently.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
- Experience managing invoice coding, payment processing, and related accounts payable documentation.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ACH transactions, check runs, and general payment processing practices.
