Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and expenses
- Manage all vendor communications
- Process weekly check batches
- Review monthly vendor statements
- Assist in resolving AP issues and invoices on hold
- Manage vendor folder organization, including matching and filing
Requirements
- High level of accuracy and discretion
- Task and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word with strong keyboard skills
- Experience working independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of two years of post-secondary education or related training in accounting/business
- Accounts payable experience required
- Oracle knowledge is a plus

- Ability to lift 5 to 10 lbs
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Pay
$25/hr - $26/hr. Actual pay determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as location and market alignment.
