Essential Functions Process Account Payables invoices and all expensesManage all vendor communications. Process weekly check batchesReview all monthly vendor statementsAssist in solving AP issues and invoices on holdVendor folder management (Matching and filing) Competencies High level of accuracy and discretion essentialTask and detail-orientedOrganization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess strong problem-solving skills and respond well to changing prioritiesAccuracy and attention to detail is important Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Oracle knowledge a plusMust be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word with strong keyboard skillsMust have experience working independently and with others Required Education And Experience Minimum of two years of post-secondary education or related training in accounting/business coursesAP experience a must Physical demands Ability to lift 5 to 10 Lbs.Ability to sit for extended periods of time CA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and NV The pay range for this position is estimated to be $25/hr - $26/hr. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
