Responsibilities
- Coordinate invoice review with a focus on accounts payable, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action in the context of marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Review and track documentation for accounts payable processes, maintaining clear status updates and ownership.
- Perform document reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring financial records remain accurate and traceable.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all accounts payable activities.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to prevent errors and downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards while managing evidence and deadlines in the accounts payable workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring alignment with marketing operations.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when awaiting external confirmations rather than making assumptions.
- Ensure all work meets the role-specific handoff test: financial records, process compliance, and workflow management must be current and traceable for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using logistics workflow tools and financial records to support accounts payable tasks within a marketing environment.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
