Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team in Puyallup, Washington.

This position offers in-office opportunities for training, mentorship, and collaboration, paired with remote-work flexibility. You will report to the Accounting and Finance Supervisor and help ensure accurate and efficient accounts payable processes that align with our commitment to exceptional client service and compliance.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or 3+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
• Familiarity with GAAP, FAR compliance, and experience in expense reporting and payment processing.
• Proficiency in BST10 (or Deltek), Concur, Sage FAS, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred; AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a service-minded approach.

Pay

Hourly Range: $32 USD - $35 USD

Career progression and performance-based bonuses are also available.
