Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come! As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Pay: $18.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Process AP invoices
- Match POs to invoices
- Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity
- Update CTF spreadsheets
- Post cash receipts and disbursements weekly and/or monthly
- Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end)
- Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks
- Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid Driver's License required
- Pre-employment drug screening required
