About the Role

Novra Corp's Accounts Payable Specialist will support strategic marketing, communications, campaigns, research, content, client coordination, and execution, with particular attention to financial record integrity. The role ensures every handoff within accounts payable specialized execution shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Track unresolved financial exceptions as part of the Accounts Payable Specialist workflow.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support financial record integrity.
• Protect confidential account information during processing and coordination.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records for accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to ensure traceability.

Skills

• Use Data Quality and Reporting confidently in accounts payable execution within strategic marketing operations.
• Apply Brand Intelligence Support while managing exceptions, owners, and deadlines tied to accounts payable tasks.
• Document Data Validation decisions clearly for seamless handoffs to teammates.

Pay

Base salary: $48,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
