Accounts Payable Specialist About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full AP process, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate has experience handling high-volume invoice processing and working within a small to mid-sized ERP environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain vendor records and onboarding documentationProcess and code 30-40 invoices daily, including: Inventory purchase ordersNon-inventory purchase ordersNon-PO invoicesOut-of-pocket expense reimbursementsRespond to and resolve vendor inquiries in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial recordsProcess, apply, and reconcile vendor paymentsPrepare and distribute remittance advicesEnsure compliance with AP policies, procedures, and payment termsMaintain accurate records and support month-end activities as neededRequired Qualifications2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environmentProven experience processing 30-40 invoices per dayExperience setting up and managing vendor accountsStrong understanding of AP workflows, payment processing, and invoice reconciliationExperience working with a smaller ERP system, preferably Sage X3 or a similar platformStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environmentExposure to inventory-related purchasing and AP processes About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
