Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Manage accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare reports and provide financial data as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with accounts payable software such as Oracle or SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
