Your Impact
This onsite, full-time role in Beverly, MA supports clean closes and reliable vendor relationships. This role is Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense items in QuickBooks and related accounting systems
- Prepare weekly payment runs; issue checks; process ACH and outgoing wire transfers
- Prepare journal entries, support general ledger maintenance, and assist with month-end close
- Generate AP aging reports; reconcile intercompany accounts and corporate credit card activity
- Investigate and resolve AP questions with internal partners; process customer refunds as needed
Required qualifications/skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced Excel/Word; strong attention to detail, communication, prioritization, problem-solving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
