Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

Infinitum Electric is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role will collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the A/P Inbox and ensure timely and accurate 3-way matching of POs, receiving approvals, and invoice copies.
• Obtain requestor approval for vendor payments and confirm bank information with new vendors.
• Process and enter A/P invoices into NetSuite, ensuring correct GL account coding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with expense reimbursement reviews.
• File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents and reports.
• Analyze workflow processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years experience in Account Payable preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting preferred.
• Experience with a manufacturing company preferred.
• Inventory experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, preferred.
• Spanish speaker a plus.
