Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Daily Timely Processing of accounts payable related transactions involving high volume vendor invoices
• Daily Verify data in the system through review and supporting documentation examination for accuracy, proper authorization, correct department obligations and appropriate allocations
• Weekly Reconcile vendor statement, investigate discrepancies, and resolving invoice disputes through communications with the vendors and or internal team/department members
• Aid with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Assist with other special projects as assigned

Qualifications / Skills

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions
• Must have working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Must have experience with computerized accounting systems (SAP R3 experience a plus)
• Must have ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must have strong customer service orientation
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Must speak, read and write Korean and have basic English comprehension

Pay

Pay Range: $52k-68k per year
