Accounts Payable Specialist

This role operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency that handles domestic and international destinations, various trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures financial record integrity by maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with invoice reviews, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the travel agency’s operating context.
• Coordinate and track documentation for Gladex Travel and Tours Corp, maintaining clear visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Review reconciliations with deadline management to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Document financial records and generate reports, ensuring traceability and compliance with agency requirements.
• Maintain quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework and surface repeated errors.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
