Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accounts payable processes with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the operational context of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
  • Review G Spa Travel S.A.S. role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and accountability for accounts payable tasks.
  • Perform document reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for accounts payable activities, supporting audit readiness and process compliance.
  • Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
