Accounts Payable Specialist
Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform for managing and scaling revenue from affiliates, partnerships, and marketing channels. Founded in 2016 by industry veterans, we are based in Oakland, Montreal, and Amsterdam with a distributed team across the NAM and EMEA regions. We’re a bootstrapped company (over $27M ARR) that has grown through supporting happy customers that refer business to us and create word-of-mouth excitement. We’re the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,000+ customers including Mutual of Omaha, ClassPass, and Tapjoy.
This role is open to candidates residing in Florida (Tampa, Miami, or Orlando) or New York (NYC).
About the Role
Accounts Payable Specialists are responsible for full life-cycle management of Everflow's payments clients, including support, onboarding, and success. They are also expected to define and improve processes to set the proper framework for scale. This position primarily assists with our payment services component called Managed Payments.
What is Everflow Pay? Everflow Pay is a native partner payment processing and automation solution designed to streamline payouts, invoicing, and compliance for affiliate and partner marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line account manager from both a relationship and technical perspective
- Develop expertise with new products and features and evangelize them with clients
- Provide client feedback to internal teams
- Onboard new clients, including training
- Identify growth opportunities with customers, develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals
- Define and improve current processes
- Create and maintain the Everflow Pay helpdesk, webinars, or other documentation
- Assist clients in setting up our Managed Payments services and executing payment cycles
- Leverage different payment solutions (including Everflow Pay, Tipalti, and Veem) to collect funds from clients and send payments to payees in a timely manner
Requirements
- Good product sense and a willingness to learn
- Experience with payment processing is a bonus
- Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies
- Minimum of 3 years of digital advertising experience
- Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
- Sales and/or Business Development experience is preferred, but not required
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- High proficiency in English
Pay
Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
Bonus Potential: 25% of Base Salary
