About the role
The Accounts Payable Specialists will manage Everflow's payments clients, assist with Managed Payments, and provide support and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Support and onboarding of new clients
- Training new clients
- Identifying growth opportunities and developing solutions
- Defining and improving processes
- Creating and maintaining the Everflow Pay helpdesk, webinars, or other documentation
- Aiding clients in setting up Managed Payments services and executing payment cycles
- Leveraging different payments solutions such as Everflow Pay, Tipalti, and Veem
Qualifications
- Good product sense and willingness to learn
- Experience with payment processing (a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of internet technologies
- 3+ years of digital advertising experience
- Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
- Sales or Business Development experience (not required)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- High proficiency in English
Pay
Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
Bonus Potential: 25% of Base Salary
