Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

The Accounts Payable Specialists will manage Everflow's payments clients, including support and onboarding. They will also assist with the Managed Payments service, which involves setting up and managing client payment cycles using various payment solutions like Everflow Pay, Tipalti, and Veem.

Responsibilities

• Ability to act as a front-line account manager from both a relationship and technical perspective
• Develop expertise with new products and features and evangelize them with clients
• Provide client feedback to internal teams
• Onboard new clients including training
• Identify growth opportunities with customers and develop/implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals
• Define and improve the current process
• Create and maintain the Everflow Pay helpdesk, webinars, or other documentation
• Aid clients in setting up Managed Payments services and executing their payment cycles
• Leverage different payments solutions (Everflow Pay, Tipalti, Veem) to collect funds and send payments to payees

Qualifications

• Good product sense and willingness to learn
• Experience with payment processing (a bonus)
• Strong analytical background and understanding of internet technologies
• 3 years minimum of digital advertising experience
• Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
• Sales or Business Development experience (preferred, but not required)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• High proficiency in English

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: Base Salary $65,000 - $70,000 with a potential bonus of 25% of Base Salary
