The Accounts Payable Specialist maintains financial record integrity while supporting brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. Work must remain traceable, with unresolved items assigned clear owners and repeated errors surfaced before causing downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts payable with invoice review, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint within the brand and marketing context.
- Coordinate branding documentation with status tracking, maintaining clear visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Document processes and reporting to maintain financial record integrity and compliance.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring all work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
- Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in an accounts-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of brand and marketing operations.
- Use judgment for follow-up, especially when accounts payable depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete role-specific handoffs by ensuring invoice review, issue escalation, and exception tracking are current and traceable.
Skills
- Proficiency in Elevare Branding Workflow Context and Financial Records within a brand and marketing environment.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and deadline management in accounts payable.
- Ability to document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Judgment in follow-up actions, particularly for externally dependent tasks.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
