About the role

Craniometrix is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to strengthen financial record integrity across non-clinical dementia-care navigation and Medicare GUIDE support for patients, families, caregivers, and providers. This role focuses on specialized accounts payable execution within dementia care navigation support, ensuring clarity on task completion, pending items, and ownership of next steps.

Responsibilities

• Own the Accounts Payable Specialist workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
• Coordinate the workflow to maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Review the workflow to protect confidential account information.
• Maintain the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Track the workflow to reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Apply sound judgment in spreadsheet analysis, escalating issues when necessary instead of making assumptions.
• Document reconciliation decisions clearly for team reference.

Success Measures

Quality is demonstrated when financial records are accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. Success is measured through precise accounts payable execution within dementia care navigation support.

Pay

Base salary: $48,000–$68,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
