Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for payment approval. Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end closing activities and audit requests. Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience. Experience with ERP or accounting software systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
