Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and verifying information
• Wiring payments
• Collaborate with AP supervisor and team to continually refine AP workflow
• Adapt to evolving volume demands and support broader finance initiatives as needed
• Assisting with month-end close as necessary

Requirements

Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years' experience in an accounts payable role
• Detail-oriented and collaborative communication skills
