Support family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons with a focus on financial record integrity in accounts payable operations. The role ensures visibility of owners, evidence, and next actions within the accounts payable workflow for family travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Track unresolved financial exceptions to maintain workflow integrity.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all accounts payable activities.
• Protect confidential account information throughout the workflow.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing payments.
• Ensure financial record integrity is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Skills

• Use financial analysis and variance analysis confidently in accounts payable execution.
• Apply payment tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
